PoA is not compulsory for renewals of Trademarks in CH but if you desire us to become the New Representative for this case and you would like to be informed by us in the future if any Official Reminder(s) will be issued by the National Trademark Office based in Bern we suggest you to send it signed by the Applicant(s) to us in pdf format. Change of Representative is FREE of any charge.
